Aerobicizing in the water again tonight...

This is gonna hurt I can see it comeing, considering already, it hurts from the other night.
So excited though, skipping dog class to do aqua aerobics... seems like a better use of my time ( sucks for Kita though, she wont be able to snooze this evening in the presence of other dogs)
Well thats all for now, I have to head out and meet up with a very frazled group of people to hand over my little care package... for those IHPians who may be wondering, its posted there.
